It's Monday Morning Again--Weigh-in Time
It's that time of the week again, everyone. So, where ya at? How was last week?
Mine wasn't bad--not quite as miraculous as the week before, but I'll take this, too.
Starting weight: 298.4
Last week: 208.8
This week: 205.5
This week: lost 3.3 lbs
I'm getting antsy to reach Onederland, hoping to do it before Thanksgiving.

I am now 217-219 range, This is 1-3 pounds down from SEPTEMBER 19th, and 6 pounds down from Sept 8th. So it was a self-induced stall due to acquiring a grazing habit. This past weeek I changed back to two prior good habits
1. Journaling, 2. eating more dense proteins So this is a small victory, but I am still heading in the right direction.

Total loss since surgery: -25.0
Im still a rookie here, but feel the progress beginning here for myself. I joined a gym for 4 months and hope to see even better. I meet with a trainer at the gym today for the first day. Im excited to start seeing results soon. Old man winter is on his way & I dont get along with him very well so I had to do something for indoors!

I am bouncing back and forth with these numbers. I have not exercised and have been having a snack at 10pm before bed...a meal I would guess by the calories. Just sayin'.
This week...clench the buttocks and go for some walks.

Stayed the same - but did some drinking over the weekend, UGH.
